Great topic.
I also see a difference in my energy level and my clothes not fitting so tight.

Another great thread and so encouraging! I notice my clothes started to fit and then actually became big! I have loads more energy, sleep better, can actually have a life!

My old college shirts I use for working out are tent-ish and I have to keep tucking them in when I workout.

Well since I started I have gone from a size 38 to a size 26. I know I have lost, but I still have trouble physically seeing the difference. A perception problem I need to get over.

This is a wonderful topic! I started in the early spring by logging my MEASUREMENTS and making up a long list of healthy snacks / plenty of bottled water to have when I run in from the garden to get a snack.

I can tell a difference... my capri's from last year are lose fitting! :-)

If you feel you are not getting enough exercise while out weeding. STOP DROP and do 10 push ups. It really works! emoticon

IT all begins with YOU..... Plant the seeds and get growing healthy!

Can't find me - I am always in the garden:

Last year this time, I could barely walk up our hill behind our house. It would take me about 8 minutes. Now I can breeze up the hill in less than a minute. I also have noticed that I have more balance than before.

I can spend several hours working out in my yard now.
I have much more energy!!

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense.

I was just going through some pictures my classroom aide took to add to our end of the year slide show. In several pictures I thought I saw one of our classroom volunteers in the background- and then I realized it was me! I also realized that the clothes I thought were comfortably big are WAY too baggy. I need new clothes!

Just thought it would be fun to share a difference you have noticed since you started your journey.

So lets post those little things we notice from day to day that says yes we are losing weight.
