Joy is a state of being regardless of our circumstances. Find a way.
That was a good read. I think we all can get something from it.
Thank you! I really needed that! I need to figure a way to check up with all this I know I need to record my progress more and reward myself for what I am doing! It just seems that by the time I get home from work and do all I have to do plus the exercise recording it is just not possible!
I need to try harder!
I want to be the person my Dog thinks I am!
Thanks Sandy I needed the reminder that this isn't an all or nothing situation.
Good article, Thanks... JO
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense.

“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.” ~Mark Victor Hansen
