I am on day 12 of my 14 day Green Monster challenge myself. It's amazing how quickly your body gets used to having them :) And my nails are like... well, nails now! I am going to keep it up once my 14 days are up.

180 lbs. (weight I was pre-relationship)- Spa Day
170 lbs.- Piercing
160 lbs.- Tattoo
150 lbs.- Craft supplies!
140 lbs. (weight I was in college)- New wardrobe :D
Interesting - great way of getting in your veggies AND your greens. I do a smoothie a day but I add protein powder and it is either my lunch/a snack or my workout fuel.

14 days---incorporate Greeen Smoothies in your diet.
Everyone always ignores my recommendations for this but I promise you that it is a wonderful thing to do and after the 14 days, you drink them as casually as you like.
You still eat your regular meals during this. So, it is not like other detox methods. So what it requires is 4 glasses of green smoothie per day for the 14 days.
Now I personally do a simple blend---handful of spinach, 1/2 cup of water, 2 bananas, & 4 or 5 ice cubes. Blend it up and drink. It's also the least expensive.
My boys & husband like that same recipe but add a few strawberries to the mix. My boss does the following (and she is the one that started this all with the staff & students)
3 handfuls of mixed greens-kale, spinach, & collards + 1 cup of water, 3 tbs. ground flaxseed, 3 bananas, & 1 bag of frozen fruits (no syrup or sweeteners—she likes tropical blends).
When you make green smoothies using any of these increments, it does make more than 1 glass. So you can store the rest in a container.
You are not supposed to do these as meal replacements though it is harmless to do one of the glasses as your actual breakfast. But you are not supposed to skip other meals throughout the day.
I drink them randomly and mostly at breakfast time but now I am going to do the 14 day challenge before the end of August.
