We all get points for making posts so here is a thread you can join in.
I still have trouble planning meals day after day. Its not so much about eating healthy as it is just trying to come up with different ideas and not eat the same things over and over again.
I like to browse the Spark recipes but I also like to know what other people are eating. It helps me to know that they have tried it and like it and think it tastes good.
Post here and get a point for the day and in the process share and give others some good ideas! You dont have to post your entire daily menu, if you like, just post 1 meal or even a healthy desert that you liked.
Also please remember that not all people follow the same diet rules. Some of us eat low calorie and some of us eat low fat. Some are vegan or vegetarian. What ever the case lets not judge people and just enjoy the interaction and sharing of ideas.
I will start things off by saying that tonight I am feeling lazy so I am making a boxed mix of garlic and herb angel hair pasta and throwing some big grilled shrimp in it. I also purchased some fresh sweet corn on the cob for a side dish. ( I use Fat free butter spray when cooking the noodles, to baste the shrimp when grilling, and on the corn)
