Good book and tunes, I average about 600 calorie burn on my treadmill workouts which I try to do 4-5 dys/week. Its my sanity break!

I did end up going dancing last night!

Today, I walked up to the bus stop, took the stairs from 14 to 17th floors, twice so far, and took the stairs down from the 17th to 14th floor. I'll be walking home from the bus stop, and then a walk to and from the library will end my workout day.

By the end of the day, I will have clocked in 220 minutes of cardio:

- Walking to the bus stop - 0.37 Mi / 0.6 Km.
- Walking to a friend's place after work to pick up a movie I lent them - 2.79 miles / 4.49 km.
- Walking to the bar to go dancing with some friends - 0.6 Mi / 0.97 Km.
- Walking to the bus stop to go home after dancing all night - 0.81 Mi / 1.3 Km.
- Dancing (usually it's never less than 45 minutes -- always closer to 2 hours, but I'm only counting 45 minutes for now!)
- Walking home from the bus stop- 0.37 Mi / 0.6 Km.

Oh, and I nearly forgot, I also walked up to the 17th floor from the 14th floor twice today!
