Since 4 months i do workout on and off...before that i would spend time in gym for 1 1/2 hour. Alternate days cardio and strength training.But the day left gym since then i feel very dull ,since then i try to walk or exercise atleast 2 times a week.
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength
