Since 4 months i do workout on and off...before that i would spend time in gym for 1 1/2 hour. Alternate days cardio and strength training.But the day left gym since then i feel very dull ,since then i try to walk or exercise atleast 2 times a week.

I would like to know are we going through a plan or something?? i would love to do that since i am lazy ,itll be great to have a 90 days challenge with a plan....
