I just hiked 1.75 miles and I got my walking stick today from the metro parks for hiking 9 of the 11 metro parks.

As soon as I leave here I am going hiking at one of the local metro parks. Today I am going to get my walking stick. The local metro parks were sponsoring a program where if you walk 7 of the 11 metro parks between Sept. 13 and Dec. 13 you could get a walking stick. After today I will have done 9 of them. It was actually a good way to kind of find my way around this area because I haven't ventured around to much in the last year. I also joined a walking club because of this program and got to meet some new people.

I am finally getting myself into a routine of sorts. I walk on treadmill for 10 to 15 minutes in the morning and 50 minutes at night. I also do my strength training 3 times a week. probably not as much as I should do each time, but I do try.

today I got 60 minutes on the treadmill....lol I woke up late for work..

I'm 5' with 20-26lbs. more to lose but just starting to try for those last pounds. Had a break for a few months.

I went for a 2 hour hike today at the Castalia Quarry. It was the first time I had been there and some of the trail was pretty challenging.

6/11 Here is what I have been doing the last 5 days. Water aerobics dog walk house cleaning. Walk. Water aerobics dog walk stationary bike. Step aerobics walk dog. step aerobics house cleaning (washing clothes and sheets) walk dog.

I am not sure if I can tell you all of the exercise I have done since 5/23. I will try. Ended up painting again on Sunday for 35 minutes, then took a walk with Jack later in the afternoon.

Today I went to the gym and worked chest, triceps and abs, then took a 20 minute run with a friend.
