Welcome to the 5 Minute Daily Challenge!

Each day of the week try to do 5 minutes. This is easy to do and you can pick what find you do for that day. Five minutes a day is better that zero minutes a day. Just watch and see what this can do for you. So come on Georgia we can do this!

The current schedule is for the following body areas:

Sunday: Stretches
Monday: Core
Tuesday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Upper Body
Thursday: Core
Friday: Lower Body
Saturday: Upper Body

It's always great to see folks achieve their goals! Looking forward to lots of participation!
