I am doing this one day at a time. I surpassed my exercise goal today. I ate breakfast at a workshop and only made healthy choices.

Yay Cyndi!

Last night we went to 5 Sisters with friends. That is one tough place to eat and stay on track. I had the garden salad/grilled chicken with no cheese or croutons and Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing. I didn't eat the pickled veggies either. Good news on the scale this morning!

It's so nice to know that I can go out with friends and NOT blow it!

I went to the gym even though it seemed as those someone didn't want me to. My period started, my HRM wouldn't work, couldn't find my ankle brace, my gym lock wouldn't work, and all this after coming off the night shift! emoticon

I am making progress too! I shed 15 of the lbs that I tacked back on and I have resumed mindful, healthy eating. I have been dodging carbs..especially sugars like a bullet for about a month. Consistent exercise is returning but still needs more effort. I was out of town this week and only got one walk in. emoticon

I have about 15 more lbs to lose to get back to goal weight. I WILL DO IT! Carol, looks like you are doing emoticon

On day 24 of a food tracking streak and the scale is moving. I haven't been perfect, but I've owned it and dealt with it. As long as I have been doing this...why am I STILL so amazed that it REALLY works!

I've made it through Friday night and Saturday without a diet bust. Just gotta get through the rest of Sunday. Sure helps to have a toddler in the house to keep my mind off eating!

WooHoo! You reached your goal weight Z!!! How exciting! Don't ever go back!

Yesterday I had a lunch meeting at 5 Sisters....diet hell. Fortunately they had a summer salad that wasn't on the menu. That's what I had...and this morning no damage on the scale. Mental toughness baby! We CAN do it!

I'm still holding my weight which is really good for me. Reached goal weight on May 30th and into the 3rd phase of the dukan diet. Just thinking the longer I can stay at my goal weight the better chances I have of not regaining like I've always done in the past. Glad to see your back!
