I pass out door hangers for Domino's for two hours per day, four days per week. I average about a mile and a half per day, give or take, depending on the neighborhood I happen to be in that day. Today, I did almost two miles.

I took Zumba for the first time last night. What a workout! I have the coordination of a wet sock so I felt like a fool, but it was fun and I worked up a good sweat. Today is my off day, tomorrow is legs and an hour of cardio I think. We'll see.

A friend of mine has been bugging me to get DDR for as long as I have known him, telling me what a great workout it was, but there was always some bill I had to take care of before I could by a video game. But when I got back some of the change from my student loans, I decided it was time to go for it. So far, I am pretty bad at it, but it is so much fun, I do not care. And I am getting better: I actually made it, yesterday, through the entire warm-up song while still in the green (meaning that I had not had too many missteps)...I was so proud of myself!

On workdays:
15 minutes of Dance, Dance Revolution Workout Mode
Walk to work for fifteen minutes

On days off:
15 minutes of DDR Workout Mode
30 minute walk
