I roller skated yesterday!!! Took 3 short breaks and lasted the entire 1 1/2 hr session. I was not fast of course and really had to work to keep my balance too.

My current level of fitness is notta...zip...zero, lol. I made plans to start yoga at the community center but haven't done it yet. Need to get my keister there, it's only 3 blocks away.

Going for a walk with my husband! It usually take us about 45 minutes. Lots of hills on our route, so it really gets my heart pumping!

Going to go for a walk today, and push my granddaughter in her little car. She LOVES this, but grandpa is the one that usually takes her, so I gues it's may turn to join the FUN!

My goal has been to do 30 minutes of cardio a day! However, I am lucky if I get it in 3 days a week! I really want to do some type of cardio daily so I am going to do my best to get cardio in daily!!

I started May off off on the right track, not only did do my cardio, I did 45 minutes instead of my usual 30!
