I'm training for my first half. Got 50+ in last month, hope for 70+ this month... Not going to happen! I'm short 10 miles already and now having knee pain, so backing to 60 miles.

I haven't run yet this month but it will be a big one -- six half marathons coming up. I will be visiting the kids in Boulder and run the Area 13.1 Denver on 9/14. Then I will be in the Center of the Nation Series -- 5 halfs in 5 states in 5 days -- 9/16 - 9/20.
