On Saturday, I ran the Coll Island (Scotland) Half Marathon. During which I developed wht feels like a little tendonitis in my left ankle. So aside from the 13.1, I gave myself a good wrap up and did 6 on Friday.

This coming week will also be light since I am running in New York next Saturday; 13.1 at Rockaway.

Start by doing what is necessary, then do what is possible and suddenly you will be doing the impossible -- St Francis of Assisi
