I'm following the Hal Higdon Novice 2 half marathon training program right now. I think I miscalculated the number of miles I would do in my training runs (although I did miss one 3 miler last week). I'll definitely cover 75 miles next month though!

I hit 151+ miles today so my distance goal is met. I'm going to finish out the month with speed work since I'm pretty slow. I'd like to improve on my 20 mile time when I do the Strava site's March Challenge
I ran 6.26 on the 21st, 7.1 on the 22nd and I realized that I omitted a 10k from 2/2 in my previous posts.
