I was planning to cut my mileage back and concentrate on speed this month, but I have a half on the 27th, and today it was so nice I went and ran almost 9 miles just because.

This week I've got in 14.5 miles
Next week: 12
Week after: 12
Week of HM: 20 ish
Recovery run on the 30th: 3 miles

Total planned for October: 61.5
