In September, I will walk/run 55 miles. I am probably not going to hit goal with my ankle...but I will get close at least. With this weekend's 10k race, I might just be about 10 miles from goal. Not bad considering I've dealt with pain all month. And I've got a TON of miles in swimming and biking. :)

Recovering from an injury. Also, triathlon training...so bike and swim added to workout schedule. In September, I will run 55 miles.

Going for 75 this month. I know I will make goal and may have to up it. Just 11 days until my first half marathon!!!

Goal - 75 miles
Miles to date - 19.4
Miles to go - 55.6

9/2 - 13.1 (ran 8.2 and walked 4.9 first long run after vacation and it was a challenge)
9/4 - 6.3
