8/12 - 13.4 I hadn't run in 5 days. So my long runs was 9 miles of running and 4.4 or walking. Counting it in my challenge mileage since it was during a training run. At least I know I can go the full distance of a HM now to make all running.

While I did just over 90 miles last month I am not going to target that. Sticking with 75 miles. I am moving in a week and a half and have vacation planned the week after I move. Vacation will be a week without running since it is just me and the kids (no one to watch them). That in itself makes me nervous since vacation happens a month before my Half Marathon. I hope it doesn't put me behind the 8 ball too much.
