I'm 42 miles into my goal of running 55 miles in Feb. The weekly breakdown looks like this:

Week 1 (Feb 1-6): 11 miles, avg pace of 11:47/mile
Week 2 (Feb 6-12th): 14 miles, avg pace of 11:30/mile
Week 3 (Feb 13-19th): 16 miles, avg pace of 10:48/mile

I really don't know if I'm adding too fast, but I've been feeling really good! I'm being careful to take a day or two off from running each week so I don't get hurt. And this week I'm traveling to NYC for 3 days, so that will also force me to go easier for a bit. As long as I run four days this week though, I should make my 55 mile goal without a problem!

2/3 1.5 miles and 55 mins. fitness (Totals 265 mins/1.5 miles)
2/4 Day of rest before meeting with my trainer.
2/5 20 mins strength training - 75 mns yoga - 2 miles in 23 mins = 118 mins/2miles
2/6 60 mins of cardio including 4mile "run" = 60mins/4miles
2/7 20 mins of weight trng, 10 min treadmill mile&10 mins elliptical/stepper=40mins/1mile
2/8 50 mins run/walk = 4.5 miles
2/9 45 mins ST/45 mins cardio cross training = 90 mins/0 miles
2/10 2mile run and 4 miles bike = 40 mins/2miles
2/11 60 mins group strength and 60 mins pilates = 120 mins
2/12 Only got my 10 mins min (to keep the streak alive) = 10 min
2/13 4.7 miles in 53 mins + 10 mins stretching = 63 mins
2/14 4.3 miles in 50 min. = 50 mins
2/15 1 mile in 11 mins @ 5-10% incline + 30 mins Butts & Guts + 20mins ST = 61 minutes

2/18 60 mins group strength and 0 miles

Total Feb mins. = 1224 minutes
