Since it is December and COLD, I am going to stick with 60 miles this month.

I am in for 100 miles this month. I have to get back to my regular routine.
I am glad you are feeling better. I too have been sick since Halloween, it really seems to be a bad year for sickness. I have not been sick like this in years. Next year the flu shot for me!!!

Sorry for the delay in getting this thread started. I've been down with a nasty case of Swine Flu. IF you have the opportunity to get vaccinated I highly recommend it. I haven't been this sick in years!
