Hi,
My goal for October will be the same to run 60, I hope to keep my training outside for the whole winter!! I plan on biking less so that will be 200 (may include bike inside on the trainer we will see) and walk 70 combo out side and on treadmill.

Sorry that I was a bit MIA last month. Super crazy busy schedule got the best of me...but I'm back and thrilled to see how well you guys did in September. Great job to all of you!
October is just a few hours away so take a few minutes right now to grab your calendar and set yourself a realistic mileage goal for your October running. Figure out the best way to make it happen, write it (in ink) on that calendar and then post it here. Check in with the group as often as you'd like this month with updates. Together we will make it happen!
My goal is 75 miles this month including a half on October 18th.
