WOOOOOO HOOOOOO

This spark girl is doing CARTWHEELS!!

100.49 miles for me in October as of 6am!! WOOO HOOO!!

I'm so excited that i made it... i ran 4.63 miles this morning & i think it was the hardest 4.6 miles i've run since i started running again last june!

i'm beat! LOL but i made it!! i pretty certain i wouldn't have done this many miles if it weren't for this thread!!

So THANK YOU to SHANSTORES21 for posting this challenge!

Only about 15 miles for me so far. 5 miles for me today and a PR at that. Finished 5 miles 49 minutes!!! My iPod Nike + stopped working on mile 4.23 but I was running a route I mapped out so I knew the mileage.

Hey Everyone!!!

I haven't run since Sunday...had another calf cramp after the 1st mile and had to walk home!!! I saw the massage therapist that afternoon and we devised a treatment plan that should have me well enough to run my 1/2 this coming Sunday!!! I'm trying to keep a positive attitude but my frustration keeps sneaking in!!!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

I will have to see how I feel after my 1/2 and what my new training plan looks like...my 1/2 is October 12th and my marathon training plan starts on the 13th...if I follow my taper and new training plan I should be at 90 miles for the month!!!

I was in for 100 miles in September and came close at 98.9 miles.

Although I would like to hit 100 miles, I think that a more realistic goal will be 75 miles.

2012 Goals:
1. Run 800 miles
6/9/12 - 162 mi

2. Walk 300 miles
6/9/12 - 124 mi

3. Ride 1,900 miles between the trainer and actual road work
6/9/12
326 miles Trainer
522 miles Road

4. Run the 10 mile Lighthouse Run in less than 90'

5. Get my 5K time to less than 25'

6. Complete at least 1 century bicycle ride

7. Complete at least 1 Pull-up

I'm in for 100 this month as well. My first marathon is Oct 12, so with recovery this week from last week's 22.5 mile run and then another week recovering from after the marathon will make it trickier to get in my miles. But I need to figure out how to keep racing and training so this will be good!

I did the math and 100 miles this month for me would most likely cause injury since I've been very inconsistent with my runs the past 2 months. So I am going to shoot for 70 miles this month! Maybe November I can go for 100 :)
