There's the challenge... (finally I'm getting a new one posted - so far the challenge for me has been to find time to post anything!)
It's in two parts -
1 - post on a message forum somewhere on Spark once a day.
2 - log your food for 7 days straight sometime in October. This is great way to give yourself a 'reality check' and see if you are keeping on track.
It's very hard to understand in the beginning that the whole idea is not to beat the other runners. Eventually you learn that the competition is against the little voice inside you that wants to quit. - anon
