1. I want to track food eaten daily (tough one for me!) 2. Have 16 glasses of water daily 3. I want to run 100 miles for the month (I ran 96 last month!).
I think doing goal #1 will be the toughest for me, especially on the weekends. I already do #2 and I almost reached goal #3 last month. But I'm working on doing this everyday so we'll see how I do this month.

The last one is going to be tricky. I figure each week I'll need to step up the number of minutes I'm running at 6.0 MPH on the treadmill.
I'm entered in the Corporate Challenge on 6-24. I haven't raced competitively with my maiden name ... ever! I really want to see MY name in the paper with 30:00:00 next to it!!! It's my main motivation, but I could use some more!
