What a great topic Lady_Lois! This one is definitely hard for me! I have made a commitment to find fun stuff to do that also involves moving more. So, here are a few "Me Time" activities I'm going to do: 1. Play on the Wii (I love Wii Fit!) 2. Walking with my friends at lunch.
