I have been spending a lot of time in my garden. It has really helped me relax and it gives me time to think. I've also increased my step count.
What a great topic Lady_Lois! This one is definitely hard for me! I have made a commitment to find fun stuff to do that also involves moving more. So, here are a few "Me Time" activities I'm going to do:
1. Play on the Wii (I love Wii Fit!)
2. Walking with my friends at lunch.
Ok, that is all that I have come up with. Does anyone have other ideas? I was thinking about playing tennis, but my tennis partner (my daughter) broke her leg and ankle.
Okay - let's have a month of putting ourselves first!
