im working and concentrating on some areas that are not to hot looking right now. my back down by my waist,love handles. inside of thighs still jiggely but not as bad as before. still working on all areas. but concentrating mostly on the love handles, because i have to go back to the doc and he says my waist is still to big. sooooooo working on that!!!

spent 45 min on upper and lower body strength training using 12 machines. did some free weights 2 sets x15,upstairs for a bike ride,then into the exercise room for some stability ball fun. also some exercises at home in the morning side bends,squats,toetouching.1 mile walk around track.about 120 min.

STRENGTH TRAINING TO DAY, I DID ALL THE MACHINES ABOUT 12 OF THEM. EVERY BODY PART WAS WORKED 2 SETS OF 40 AND I WAS POOPED GOT MY HEART RATE UP TO 89 ALSO, WENT UPSTAIRS FOR SOME BIKING AND THEN THE EXERCISE ROOM WHERE I DID STEP UPS TO SOME UPBEAT MUSIC. THEN CAME HOME. TOMORROW SAME THING AND ALL WEEK. THEN NEXT WEEK IS BACK TO THE POOL, WITH WATER AEROBICS AND SOME BIKING. ONLY WALKED 1 MILE TODAY.

Did another double spin class. 120 minutes of pure energy exertion! Burned over 1075 calories and maintained my heart rate at an average 85% 149 beats per minute with a maximum 96% 169 beats per minute. Not too bad for a granny!

i'll be looking for ya. i had a great workout today. i met a lady in the pool that had cancer, it was very sad, but she was very couragous, i told her of all the great ladies we have here on our team and i told her we would pray for her in our prayer room. i dont know her name but you can say the lady in the pool and he will understand.
i did so many laps in the pool, i did squates, i did the ball in the exercise room, i rode the bike for 1 mile i got in 120 min of constant exercise today. i walked in the water and tread water for 20 min. im tired. well its debate nite ladies hope everyone is watching, i will be texting who i thought won. bel

i dont do gym on sunday its closed. im tired from the week so i rest on sat and sun. maybe sometimes i go to the gym on sat but not always. 5 days a week is enough for me. even GOD rested on sunday Delia!!! lol

having my pasta is very important to me, i love pasta, i use a whole wheat pasta such as bow ties, or penne, but i only use 1 cup cooked aldente because if you cook it to long the sugar rises. then i add lots of veggies to the one cup of noodles, this cutting down on the carbs and getting lots of veggies and i cover this with a nice red wine and olive oil dressing.

hello joan, how are you today? well the sun is coming up and after last nites presidential debate, i feel great!!! i hear gordon brown is standing by the u.s. as always thank goodness!! someone still believes we are worth it!!
i hve done my facial exercises for today. i also have a small massager i run over my face to stimulate the muscle's so that helps to. it helps bring blood flow to the face, giving my face a glow.

Morning Ladies,The exercise I do for the neck is,turning my head round from left to right tn doing it in reverse,also for the "Double chin,pat the chin quite briskly with the back of the hands alternatavly so quite a fast motion"also strech your skin with streching motions by altering your facial expressions,really does work my "Chins" are now shrinking,,,Joan

yes there are a lot of them missng, i think they decide this is not for them and they move on. but thats ok. i kinda like it when its a small group its easier to handle.
yes i do something similar to that, but its a ten pound metal pole, they have them at the gym, and they come in different pounds. i started out with a five pound pole. now i do just the bends at home. and i have been doing the twist to music. before when i was heavier i could not touch my toes now i can, so i do a touch your toe,squat, touch toe and up. at first i had to hold on to a chair now i dont have to. i have been working on the flabby arms with weights at the gym and they have tightened up really nicely. my belly is loose( the fat) but the skin is starting to tighten up and (miraculously) the stretch marks are fading. they use to be pink now they are silvery white. i had a big vericose vein running on the inside of my upper leg and now it is almost gone, so i have had some postive things happen since i have lost weight. the hump that was on my neck in back is now gone also it use to really stick out. do you know any exercises for the neck?

I believe BEL that firstly I must lose weight from all areas off my body,then hopefully with the crunches and being on my spin machine as well as using the broom handle(thats where you sit or stand with the broom across your shoulders behind your neck and then bend first to the left and then the right)I will make some improvement to my body shape,Im trying very hard to catch up with you all seems like some of the ladies are missing,which is a shame still we can do this for ourselves,hope they come back though,,Joan

just finished working out my love handles, i put on some music and did the twist for about 5 min. wow!!!that was tireing. also side bends. bel

i am so glad you are will to do this, and work on the tummy area. its something we really need to concentrate on. something that really bugs us. there are a lot of people that say it cant be done, and maybe not, but we can try, if we dont try where are we gonna get in life? so is there a specific exercise you have for working on those muscles? bel

I dont have to even think about this Bel,Its my tummy,I have had 19 operations on it and its saggy and grotesque,I need to lose the weight and try to tighten it up,have been told I may need to have a tummy tuck to put it right,but would prefare to do it myself rather than another operation,,,Joan

tonight i worked on my love handles, doing side bends and laying sides ways on the ball and rolling back and forth. thats hard to do without falling off. im hopeing to get these under control.

this is something i really have to think about! i dont want to make a snap decision. i have so many areas that need work! lol
but i think after pondering it for a few min.s that maybe i will work on my love handles. i just look terrible when i put on a blouse that is made of jersey, it clings and there low and behold are those darn love handles, looking like a big kettle with handles sticking out on both sides. so yes that is what i will choose for my body part that i will have to work on for a year. maybe with the big boobs and big hips if i can get the love handles off i will have an hour glass shape. lol in big size!!!

this is going to be a really good challenge. i think you are going to like it.
i always wanted to do this: pck a body part that you are having trouble with, and lets see if we can get it in shape. now i must ask you to reveal the body part you do not like. then as a team we will help each other to work on that body part, using what we know about getting in shape. we have until next year at this time. to get that body part into the best shape we have ever been in. you will need to do some research in finding exercises that will help that body part get fitter and look optimal. good luck ladies. we will post it here. bel
ps i forgot to mention you can only pick one body part! its the one you are most dis satisfied with. and dont say it cant be done because anything is possible, you just have to work at it!!! it could be you have a turky neck, wrinkles, jaws, fat neck, roll on tummy, love handles, sagging belly, sagging boobs lol hahaha fat butt, large legs, whatever it is lets get working on it and get it taken care of.
