I'm a little bit late in posting, but I'm recommiting myself to blogging regularly... haven't posted anything on my weight loss blog since november, so I'm back to regular entries and figuring this whole thing out :)

Message: I chose to use a regular notebook (saving money!). I've added inspirational quotes, a calendar for tracking weigh-ins, goals, rewards, and measurements, and some inspirational photos from magazines.
I love this assignment. I did this when I lost weight a few years back and it was SUCH a helpful tool. Thanks for inspiring me to do it again!

I actually had time to do this assignment! Yay for Christmas break. I didn't buy a journal or make a binder. My room is cluttered enough as it is! Instead, I made a blog! It's pretty barebones right now, but when I find cool stuff like pictures and articles, I'm going to put them on the blog. I do most of my work on a computer anyway, so I think it'll be easier to keep a motivational diary if I can access it from anywhere. Here's the link!:

TEAM'S FIRST ASSIGNMENT!!!
Start your very own Weight Loss, Diet & Exercise Journal! There is endless ways you can do this, from buying a journal from any store that suits your style and makes you smile when you see the cover! Or you can do what I do an buy a cute binder, along with a stack of card stock paper. I use my 3 Hole Puncher to add the paper inside, along with a about 50 lose leaf notebook paper sheets. This makes it easier for storing magazine articles, etc.
The next step is to fill your journal daily with inspirational quotes, articles from magazines, the internet, pictures, goals, progress on your goals, etc. Each week I will give you a journal starter to get your thoughts flowing! This is all about you and reaching your goals so be creative and make it special!
