My goal for this week is to lose five pounds. I know the week is halfway over, but I really want to do this. I'm hoping a few Zumba classes will help.

ok, it is Sunday and things are going ok. For the next few days (or this whole week) I want to eat more fruits and veggies.

My goal is to stick to the 30 day shred this entire week. Only 3 weeks with that goal and I'd have done it. woot!
