yes. 30 minute cardio on my stationary bike as well as strength building for 30 minutes...needless to say I am going to break these two into separate times. Hard to do all that and watch the boys and breath!lol

I exercised today...did Tony Horton's Power 90 DVD-abs and sculpt), cardio will be tomorrow. Have not done that part of the DVD. Then I only had the strength to do 10 minutes on the elliptical machine. I too did some house cleaning like sweeping, dusting, windexing windows, and last, but not least LAUNDRY! lol

You are never given a wish without also being given the power to make it come true. You may have to work for it, however.

I exercised today! Walked 4 miles, washed and dried my car, washed all the laundry and Hung It On The Line! I'll do anything to burn more calories.... :)

Today was ST day. Did an hour class, she killed the shoulders today! Let me just say the instructor is getting married in a few months and we will be ready to wear her dress! That is such a good thing!

Right now my goal is to get my butt off the couch! I've been lazy since the holidays and am having trouble getting motivated again.

I am using my Wii/Wii Fit & elliptical to get myself back into the habit of exercising, then I plan to add DVDs and when the weather warms up I'll start walking after dinner (cold weather triggers asthma attacks emoticon )

I have a goal but it wont be until Monday. I will be allowed to walk as much as I want. So my goal is to walk 3 miles 3 times a week for this month. Since there wont be much I can do. I will listen to the dr. and do only what he says I can do. NOT what I feel I can do. So that will be my goal for this month.

Thats about what I am doing today. sorting through papers and next I am going trough my craft stuff. It's not heavy so that is something I can do in between sleeping. The meds that I am on makes me very tired. So I am taking it easy so I can get back to normal hopefuly by tuesday so I can get back to work. I hate missing work I am so behind as it is. One day at a time. Thank you Cat.

Don't give up if I could drive to the YMCA I would at least walk on the tread mill that won't hurt my neck as long as I don't push it. But the weather is really bad. 12 inches of snow and i hate driving in it. The kids had a 2 hour delay today and came home with a note that they don't have school tomorrow because of the weather they are expecting. My neck is feeling a little better today. and Thank you.

I did exercise yesterday but I think I over did it because now I have to take it easy. I have a slip disk in my neck and I think I flared it up. I am in a lot of pain. So now I have to get an MRI done. I am exercising but being very careful of what I do and how much.

150 crunches done today ( various), lower body strength training, and 10 min. on stepper ( 88 cals.)

Got creative with my pedometer today. While the kids played on the playground I walk around it. Managed to get in roughly 3000 aerobic steps. :)

I haven't done any yet today, but we are going to a concert tonight. Is head banging an excercise? HEHEHE. Going to see Judas Priest, Testament, Motorhead, and ick... Heaven & Hell(taking ear plugs for them). I am not a Ronny James Dio fan at all. I hope all of the dancing and acting like a teenage fool will burn off some calories.

I didn't exercise at home but I did everthing I could at work today to make sure I did extra walking, and stretching. I also did squats, which I have to do anyway when I shrink wrap a skid, I just added a few more.

My husband's work schedule is really messing with my working out! Yesterday, I got to do some yoga and today I got to do a 15 minute swim workout. I really hope I can go on a 30+ minute run both tomorrow and Sunday. If I can't find a way to run or exercise with him here, I may have to get a sitter a day or 2 a week to get through the summer!

I exercised today!

I ended up doing yesterday's strength training instead of today's cardio, but I'll count it. I've set it up for strength on m-w-f and cardio on tues and thurs. I know I need more cardio. But I also know I will get discouraged if I don't do it, so for now, I am going to try to build my enthusiasm for this exercise stuff slowly.

LOL No one told your two piece! Now that's motivation!

I really didn't feel like exercising. And I really didn't have time. So I just did the quickie WATP 1 mile tape. It felt good to do for sure.
I'd like to take a walk later but there is sooooo much smoke from all the fires around here I'm not sure I'd be able to breathe!

i exercised - walked my 30 minutes (about 2 miles). we're supposed to spend fourth of july weekend (w-s) at the coast and no one told my blue two piece. so i'm hitting extra hard with the exercises outside of my walking.

Ugh...I didn't exercise today it was SOOOOO hot!
But tomorrow I am cranking up that AC and doing it anyway! LOL

Sometimes you just have to MAKE yourself do something and then the motivation comes.
I MADE myself exercise yesterday~ and okay today too! But today it actually felt great to do! And that was motivating!

Yes I did exercise today! And yesterday!
Finally getting off my butt!!
I did my WATP 2 miles tapes both days and today I'm doing my strength training too! :)
