Forgot to mention taking my sister to the mall yesterday and pushing her around in a wheelchair. I didn't push her constantly, of course, but we shopped for 8 hrs. She weighs nearly twice as much as me, so yes, I got a good workout.

Ok ladies let's start some streaks of healthy exercise. Here is where to log your 45 to 60 minutes a day. You can do it in 6 -10 minutes sections or 2 - 30 minute sections or one 60 minute. You can do 3- 15 minutes sections or an entire 45 min.
