I didn't look back far, so apologies if these have been mentioned previously :) I do the deepak chopra guided meditations - some are on one of his sites all the time, and once every 3 months or so him and Oprah do a 3 week series.

Also I like a lot of the guided meditations on Youtube from The Honest Guys.

Looking to change it up though so I'm going to check out some of these other suggestions - thanks everyone :)

I love Insight Timer.

It's a free download for iPhones and androids. It's a great timer with a variety of bells and chimes you can customize, links to many guided meditations, tracks your meditation, and connects you with others who are meditating. :)

Wilddivine.com has a lot of meditation programs utilizing a wide variety of techniques in conjunction with an IOM meter that is used to measure your breathing and heartrate. I looked around and found one that was just right for me. Pricey, but they do have sales sometimes.

Wherever you Go There You Are is a wonderful book. It's the one I always recommend to people. Another one by Jon Kabat-Zinn is Full Catastrophe Living, which is especially helpful for people with chronic illness and/or pain but also for anyone looking to lower stress in their lives. It is fairly lengthy and you may find that not all of it is necessary to read for your purposes, but still worth picking up to find the parts that are helpful to you. On a related note, a workbook by Elisha Goldstein and Bob Stahl- MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Workbook- is a great way to bring mindfulness practice into your life, little steps at a time. And if you would like to do the 8 week MBSR workshop but cannot afford it or one is not offered in your area, there is a free option online: http://palousemindfulness.com/selfguidedMB
SR.html You really need to be ready to make that commitment though (at least 30-45 minutes a day) for it to be beneficial. It's worth it, but only if you are ready.

I've been using 'The 28 day Meditation Challenge' by Clare Josa. Really recommend it as a good way to get you into the habit of meditating and looking at the excuses/distractions we use as reasons not to find time to meditate.
