Yesterday I did 20 minutes of stretches for my legs, 30 minutes of cardio & 15 minutes of upper body strength training. Unfortunately, I spent today at a desk (5 hours), in my car (2 hours), at a home visit (1.5 hours) & at my home computer writing my report (30 minutes). I am going to go do my stretches for my legs before I go to bed.
