I realize that exercise is easier for some of us than it is for others; however, we all need some type of exercise in our lives. During March, letís all try to get in at least 10 minutes a day of some type of movement. You decide on the type of movement & the rate at which you do it.

Itís not what you do or how fast you do it, itís just about doing something.
