I need to concentrate on the PT exercises to help me have better balance. Next week I'm being dismissed from both PT and OT, as I have used all my time.

I too need to walk and think eventually I'll enjoy it :)3 times a week minimum.

We also have an exercise room in our SPA. We pay for it and it is time for me to start using it and develop a routine...maybe tomorrow...

Personal goal is to weigh in 149 by the end of March 2013. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THIS GOAL IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS.
I HAVE ADDED A NEW GOAL OF LOSING ANOTHER 4 POUNDS TO ACHIEVE BY JUNE 30, 2013. 145 BY JUNE 30, 2013 - I'M ON MY WAY...

We all have different HEALTHY things that we need to concentrate on doing better. What healthier lifestyle thing will you focus on for February? I am going to focus on walking more - more walking & more regularity.
