I too need to walk and think eventually I'll enjoy it :)3 times a week minimum.
We also have an exercise room in our SPA. We pay for it and it is time for me to start using it and develop a routine...maybe tomorrow...

Personal goal is to weigh in 149 by the end of March 2015. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THIS GOAL IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2015 to be back to below 150 by January 2015.
We all have different HEALTHY things that we need to concentrate on doing better. What healthier lifestyle thing will you focus on for February? I am going to focus on walking more - more walking & more regularity.
