Normally I am a walker but with a planned hip replacement in the fall I've been told not to walk. So I will substitute it with miles cycled.

What you do speaks so loudly that I cannot hear what you say
This month let's focus on walking. The recommended amount is 10,000 steps - about 5 miles - daily. Let's try to do at least 5,000 steps daily. I now that some of you do much more than that already, but others of us will be just beginning to be serious about our walking.
