I'm doing great with water, atleast 8 cups a day. It's getting my exercise since I'm limited by droctors orders. The stuff he has me doing is so boring and for OLD ladies no 60 yrs young me.

I have had a virus for a number of days, so haven't exercised.

Perhaps to reach so many minutes of cardio a week or a month.

I have (9) 64 oz bottles sitting in my frig...I fill them twice a week.

Water is not a problem for me....I often drink 12 to 16 glasses per day.

I USE EMPTY 20 OZ SODA BOTTLES TO KEEP WATER IN THE REFREG TO DRINK. I FIND THIS EASIER TO NOT ONLY KEEP TRACK OF WHAT I DRINK BUT IT'S EASIER FOR ME. AFTER ALL, IF YOU CAN DRINK THAT MUCH IN SODA YOU CAN WATER! I'VE CUT DOWN ON SODA TO WHERE I DRINK IT ONLY ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE. emoticon
