I USE EMPTY 20 OZ SODA BOTTLES TO KEEP WATER IN THE REFREG TO DRINK. I FIND THIS EASIER TO NOT ONLY KEEP TRACK OF WHAT I DRINK BUT IT'S EASIER FOR ME. AFTER ALL, IF YOU CAN DRINK THAT MUCH IN SODA YOU CAN WATER! I'VE CUT DOWN ON SODA TO WHERE I DRINK IT ONLY ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE.
