There's another Spark team, called something like Paul Mckenna, I can make you thin, and they have a bunch of scripts up there. I started with, "Even though I eat when I'm not hungry, I deeply love and accept myself" (tap tap tap), and I STOPPED eating when I wasn't hungry. There are lots of scripts and I think (and I'm no expert) that you need to use the ones that fit you!

Hey all,
I tried EFT yesterday and today when I was feeling stressed and wanted to snack. I did a sequence just walking down the hall and then went about my work. Before I knew it, it was quittin' time and I realized my urge to eat had evaporated. And I'm just a beginner. What a great tool!
