It will become easier as the days lengthen. Its a good idea, perhaps your body will respond to strong signals, has to be worth try anyway.

Do not think about how far there is still to go, concentrate on where you have come from.

I might actually try the opposite: eating only when I would ordinarily be allowed to at school. That will mean forcing myself to get up at 6:30 am, though ;/.

Is it feasible to eat to a grazing pattern at weekends, holidays and perhaps evenings, then to a more 'normal' pattern during the school week, at least for a while. It might be enough to start your stomach shrinking, so you eat less during the school day.

Thanks.

My problem is more that I'm afraid of not eating enough to carry me through to the next break time, so I'm tempted to keep eating even once I'm full. I'm a grazer by nature. I can eat a couple of bites and feel full, then be hungry again 30 minutes later. That would be fine if I were *able* to eat 30 minutes later but usually I'm not.

You may be right and it might just be a case of getting my body used to a different eating pattern.

My daughter who is in an office has the sme problem. Although I can please myself, I generally find that I am hungry at roughly mealtimes, plus I have to allow cooking time. It's no good waiting till you're hungry to start off a casserole! I imagine Paul McKenna is not the cook in his household! I think you have to assume that you will be hungry for lunch and eat anyway, I think it will adjust itself over a short time.

I work in a school and I'm only allowed to eat at certain times during the school day. This has been my biggest challenge with following the program.

Is anyone else in the same boat? How do you manage it?
