It's now time to reassess progress on last months goals! Do you need to rewrite them? I do! Remember, chose 5 goals to meet every day this month, register for the team goal for this challenge. Post goals here and there, 1 point for each goal you met that day.
Here are mine:
1. Track fitness and food daily
2. Exercise at least 10 minutes each day.
3. Each 5 servings of fruits/veggies each day.
4. Quilt for an hour each day (includes planning, reading, etc.)
5. Post in this thread and in my spark points (I keep forgetting)
