some of the teams goals that go over well on my other spark teams are 50 crunches 4 times a week, green tea once a day for 5 days in a week, getting sunlight for 15 min a day ( this is good especially for the upcoming winter ).
Exciting times for you! I like goals that are easy to track. ex: one of my teams has a goal for walking/biking/swimming a certain distance in a month and I find that hard to track. But whatever you come up with will be fun I'm sure!
If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one!
Ok, for those of you who don't know, I had gastric bypass a week ago on 09/21/09, so I am in this whole new health/fitness thing like I never have before! So, I'm looking for some great team goals! I know this has been discussed before but nothing was done but I'd really like to set some for the team! Any ideas??
