Well I did add one: To exercise 3 days per week. I know I thought of more, but they have left me now. Ha ha! I'll write them down next time I remember!!

some of the teams goals that go over well on my other spark teams are 50 crunches 4 times a week, green tea once a day for 5 days in a week, getting sunlight for 15 min a day ( this is good especially for the upcoming winter ).

Just some ideas...since we don't have any lol

Exciting times for you! I like goals that are easy to track. ex: one of my teams has a goal for walking/biking/swimming a certain distance in a month and I find that hard to track. But whatever you come up with will be fun I'm sure!

Ok, for those of you who don't know, I had gastric bypass a week ago on 09/21/09, so I am in this whole new health/fitness thing like I never have before! So, I'm looking for some great team goals! I know this has been discussed before but nothing was done but I'd really like to set some for the team! Any ideas??
