I plan to play tennis with my boyfriend 3 times a week for at least an hour. I find playing a good game of tennis with my boyfriend is a great way to add cardio to my workout and spend time with my boyfriend.
I'm going to do OUTDOOR exercise (swimming, running, or tennis) at least 3 times a week. I burn more calories I think that way because I just go have fun instead of getting stuck on equipment. Besides, the outdoor activies are dually rewarding with the nice tan I'll get from being outside!
