I plan to play tennis with my boyfriend 3 times a week for at least an hour. I find playing a good game of tennis with my boyfriend is a great way to add cardio to my workout and spend time with my boyfriend.

I plan to dance before the Lord 10 minutes/per day as a way to praise Him. David in the Old Testament of the Bible danced before the Lord...God called David a man after His own heart.

I'm doing a half-marathon at the end of June so I plan to be running outside every other day to train. I also want to get back into yoga and pilates.

Swimming is such awesome exercise! I hurt my back in February and swimming is one of the only things I can do, so I do it a lot as well. :)

I will be swimming everyday since I won't have to worry about the monthly interfering with my daily swim or run,except when it is raining outside then I will be in the gym.

Ugh! I have these horrible cracks in my feet where I can barely walk! Ugh! Still doing what I can though and I'm supposed to see the podiatrist next week... I want my feet to feel better! Grrrrrrr...

I'm going to do OUTDOOR exercise (swimming, running, or tennis) at least 3 times a week. I burn more calories I think that way because I just go have fun instead of getting stuck on equipment. Besides, the outdoor activies are dually rewarding with the nice tan I'll get from being outside!

I'm gonna try to throw the frisbee around at least 3 times a week... been doing that somewhat regularly and it's fun and also makes you run around!

I believe it is listed in Sparkpeople as an exercise and definitely burns calories.

It's summertime, it's nice out, time to get outside and get some exercise! For this challenge, I want you to set your own goal, whatever that means for YOU!
For me, my goal is to hop on the Gazelle at least 3 days a week and do some other form of exercise at lease once a week.
