I love monthly challenges!! I think they really help. We could do a group challenge, where we have everyone sign up and then split everyone up into pairs or groups of three and the team with the most weight lose wins.

I don't know about anyone else, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! It's the only way I stay motivated and on top of things! I was at a plateu forever and then I joined a challenge and lost more in the past month than I did in the two months before that! Please do! :)
