I think that's a good idea...that and maybe staggered monthly challenges. That way people can join in on something as it begins, instead of always playing catch up.

I love monthly challenges!! I think they really help. We could do a group challenge, where we have everyone sign up and then split everyone up into pairs or groups of three and the team with the most weight lose wins.

I love monthly challenges!Especially since I am more motivated to lose the weight; I just achieved my goal for the month of March and working on my goal for April....ANOTHER 10 LBS.LADIES!! emoticon

I'm a great believer in the monthly challenges..

A week's just too short; I can do anything for a week, but then I just get bored.. :D IMHO a month is just long enough to make habits stick, but not too long to get bored..

Who's going to nip on with setting the current challenge?

I don't know about anyone else, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! It's the only way I stay motivated and on top of things! I was at a plateu forever and then I joined a challenge and lost more in the past month than I did in the two months before that! Please do! :)

Ok, I tried weekly challenges, and that doesn't seem to be long enough, so how would you all feel about monthly challenges? I'm trying to get some motivation going here!

Also, there are team goals we can do now as well! Anyone have any ideas for those? I was thinking maybe a fruits and veggies one or water. Anyone else have any suggestions?
