I'm actually accomplishing more than one CATHE a week.
But, am really enjoying adding some of my other (many, many) workouts throughout.
~2 upper body/wk~ 45-60 w/ abs - 10
Mon - variety from both Cathe and others (from my workout stash closet)
I do Pyramid Upper Body every Friday - it hits things that none of the others do
~2 lower body/wk~ 45-60 w/ abs - 10
Wed - P57 expresses / boosters - 30 minutes
Sab - Leg Conditioning - 60; from Cathe, P57, Ballet Conditioning
Variety - 30min each

I admire those of you who can workout without music.
I simply CAN NOT.
I think it would be different in a gym with other people, but even then - I like my tunes
keep me motivated ~
Speaking of motivation - I have to get my butt out into this beautiful weather.
I switched my days off - Tues/Wed/Sab.
It's working out just FANTASTIC.....
Today is cooler 65' w/ sunshine, big puffy white clouds, and blue skies.
Going to be a wonderful day for gardening - then back inside to iron work clothes.
