I haven't even reviewed it all yet. That would be a FIRST for me in over a decade. Lower Back issues kept me from starting... This week is rest week for me...and guess what - first time EVER, I have pain in my upper thoracic spine. I've been walking a lot. I'll see how I feel next Sunday ...

So, Cath'e 30 day plan is simply a two week rotation done two times. I took the first week and did it as written. Then for the second week, I changed some of the cardio (while keeping the same 6 day split). Now in the third week, I am doing some of the XTrain Cardio, with some steady state cardio but doing a 100 Rep challenge everyday. Next week I'm gonna do Cathe's To the Max, CrossFire and AfterBurn (all circuits) alternately with steady state cardio.
I really love my own little rotation. Then I may take a week of some easy stuff (stretching, walking, yoga) and repeat it all again.

done. Didn't lift real heavy and was able to complete all rounds. I will build my strength slowly. I liked the exercises.
Good for you on completing week one! I won't be doing HIIT 3 days a week either. 1 or 2 is enough along with the other higher intensity leg workouts I will be doing.
Keep up the good work! Day 2 tomorrow for me. I will probably do a premix of the Leg Blast, rounds 1 - 6. I will check back tomorrow.

I've completed week 1, and I am going to sub-in some other cardio workouts. Keep the strength. I love the Cardio Leg Blast and Low HiiT. Tabatacise is KILLER! But, I don't know if I can do three HiiT workouts every week doing low carb. I may take a HiiT workout and sub in a long walk instead... I like the 6 day split though...

Well. It's not like a heavy lifting leg workout. More of an endurance workout. My legs were a little sore the next day. Not too bad UNTIl Tabatacise! lol

I got it!!!!... I am previewing them and I like the low impact ones. I am doing the 90 day undulating workout, but I am not going to follow it exactly because I want to substitute other exercises that I like better for now.
Good for you FIT_ARTIST... were legs really hard?

I don't know exactly when I am going to start because I want to review the workouts. I think the date we stated awhile back was January 5 - 6th, etc., is this still a good date? I have to wait to get the dvd's.

I flubbed (and edited) my start date. The 6th is a Sunday. That's when I'm starting.
Looks like we'll all be in the general area.
Can't wait.

My start day is Jan.6th if its here I like to start my workouts after my rest day which is always a Saturday

I will be starting on the 6th (Sunday) I like starting at the beginning of the week and if I decide to have a free day it will be on Saturday's when I am out and about. I can't wait.

Lets just hope we have it by January. I haven't heard any projected times. I know Cathe doesn't give them. I think they are still in editing mode. It will be close once they go to the replicators.

Not exactly sure when XTrain will be out, but as soon as I get it, I'm gonna start. Anyone else in? We can decide on the exact date when we have the DVDs or downloads....
