Yes - I use heavier but in Muscle max dvd of hers - she lifts heavier.
For example while doing 21's - she uses 10's
Aprox with in a few pounds....
Back - 35
Biceps curls - 35
Dumbbell pullovers - 30
One arm dumbbell rows for back - 20 or 25
And so on...in Drill Max she uses lighter weights but in her weight lifting dvds - well at least in Muscle max - it is heavier.
I use heavy weights as well just because I have seen the drop in inches it has given me but I alternate days for example on heavy days I do anywhere from 8-12 reps and and on lighter days I avg 15+ reps each rotation.
