To day I went to zumba for the first time. It was fun but hard - Not bad I was the only one who took a bath afterwards. I like taking a bath right after exercise. It makes me feel really clean and relaxed. My weight has gone really much up so I have to do a good job
I have just paid for a zumba class untill spring And I am in a rowing Club that has a fitness room with rowing mashines and fitness mashines being less at the computer and more active Eating with care.... The last months my weight has been a night mare.. Wonder if it is possible to support each other? Right now January 3rd my weight is 94.9 kg if I get 1/4 kg more slender each week it will be.. Hmm - I canīt gap over a year. A year would be 81.9 kg It is many years I have been that. 9 kg in one year should be realistic? That is 85.9. By January 3rd 2015 That is my weight.
I have another challenge. I want to make some art that can be good enough to enter a certain censored excibition either in Spring or fall. So I have to make some sculptures and sometimes more of one it cracks or the color is not OK
I suggest we tell what we have achieved in the way of goals every 1st and third week in the month. Well - I cannot demand you to do it. I can demand myself to do it to write about what that leads us to succeed and what that leads us too fail. Who will join?
I didn't hit my target weight (not overall goal weight) for the end of 2013, so I'm making the same weight loss target for the end of January, 2014. At one time I was within less than 2 pounds of reaching my desired weight. I went up a bit over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays (can you say eating binge?), so now I have to work extra hard to just shed those 3 1/2 more pounds before the end of the month.
It will happen! And then I'll set another 5 pound increment, probably for 2 months. I just really have trouble dropping 5 pounds in one month.
So what are your weight loss goals for the New Year?
Yes your drawing looks like a very discouraged cat.. I know what would be good for me to weigh (78 kg) but I have no deadline. I just hope to be more slender rather than more fat. And I try different ways to go the right way. In January I decided NOT to think about food but to focus on my ceramic. I have not succeeded. But I find it a good idea and sometimes I succeed.
Right now I have a blog where I write every tuesday my weight and fatpercent And write comments on what I do well and what not in this aspect.
