I have had a bad week, totally off plan
12/2 - 12/8 - I was quite ill or recovering from being quite ill all this week.
1. Food Control - sucked. somedays I ate nothing at all, otherwise I did not control anything.
2. Water - very little. for a few of those days I was afraid to consume anything.
3. Exercise - about 15 min worth on the 8th is all.
4. Consistency - back to day one.
5. Commitment - weak.
12/9 - trying to get back into the game, finding it difficult. :/
1. Food Control - fail.
2. Water - 8
3. Exercise - fail
4. Consistency - zip
5. Commitment - lacking
