I've not been posting like I should, but I'm hangin in there... down 2 lbs so far... should be more for the month, but I'm not gonna fuss. :)

-60 minutes / 6 days a week exercise Pushups every other night to help get the metabolism rolling before bed.
-Cardio 3 days a week (in the hot sun with no shirt to work on my tan).
-8-10 glasses of water a day.

So, how did you do in June? Any closer to goal?

Ready for July... but wait!... the USA's birthday is coming up and if you're like us... it's a time to eat! Grilling and cook outs can rack up the calories... so be careful.

For July, pick 3 goals to rock... post often!!!

Mine are:
1. exercise
2. stay in calorie range
3. drink more water
