To continue working out minimum 3 days a week

To avoid late night munchies.

stay within my weight watchers point range
exercise an hour a day
spent an hour a day at play with my daughter

get under the 200 lb mark (at 206 now)

Goals for June:
C-alories: keeping them under my upper maximum allowed.
E-xercise: at least a half hour per day 5 days per week
W-ater: at least 8 glasses (64 oz) per day
I hope to lose at least 10 lbs.
