I use oat bran, cottage cheese and sweeten it by cooking 1/2 banana in it. I use microwave so if you use a micro this is my breakfast and evening snack go to meals its always in my tracker ,
If I eat something different for breakfast I just remove and put in what i did eat.
Night time I do the same microwave oat bran always it keep my FBS down.
1/4 cup oat bran from health food store/
!/2 cup water
!/2 banana in slices.
Cook this in microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes on high.
remove from the oven and add 1/4 cup LOW fat cottage cheese -we need some fat.
2 tablespoons ground flax seed meal
Stir it well and tell me if you like it.
You can sub banana for berries,just track them please.
This stays with me till lunch time. I eat the same meal at night

I used to have high FBS every morning I eat this last thing at night and I am usually under 100.
I do my Cardio at night, it helps me sleep then i eat this and sleep 8 hours.
A1c went fro 8.8 last week 5.5 and off medications for a year
