If you want to see your bs readings in a fast manner...I started a team called Walking, Walking, Walking for that reason. There are two "other" goals that allow you to track your blood sugar on your spark points page. You do not have to post, do challenges, etc. You can just use the "other" goals on your spark points page. There are many silent members who do just that.

Welcome Matt. You will find either using the Nutritiion Tracker and BS will help you understand if you are eating too many calories or too many carbs or not enough of them. I find it is a great tool. I also record mine on my computer and print out before going to my Drs. It is also great to see what foods make our BS to high. Remember to drink plenty of water and exercise. yep, but I use a spiral notebook and write the time, and my BS and the day. I also keep a record of what I ate for that day ( I also record that on hhere) its just easier for me when I go to the doctor.
I record mine here on SP. I have a Diabetes Nutrition Plan, and there's a place to record it there. I can't remember how I got there, but if you search for diabetes nutrition plan, I'm sure you can find it. There are reports you can run to take to your doctor.
